  8. Satisfaction – find out if employees are fairly compensated, and if they feel comfortable in the organization
  9. Wellness – note their personal health and stress levels
  10. Ambassadorship – consider employee pride and calculate their Net Promoter Score

Software company ContactMonkey, adds that companies should also establish clear engagement goals; track and measure internal email engagement; use pulse surveys; set up a focus groups; check employee retention and the absenteeism rate; look at productivity levels; and use exit surveys for those leaving the company to get an honest scope of what the role and company-life was really like.
