What Is Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)?
Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) refers to live, instructor-led sessions conducted in a virtual environment. Unlike traditional e-learning modules, which are often pre-recorded and self-paced, VILT offers real-time interaction between instructors and participants. It allows learners to ask questions, participate in discussions, and engage in activities live. The process mimics the dynamics of an in-person classroom but in a flexible, online format.
VirtualGlass™ is designed specifically for VILT. It offers a range of activities that help facilitate learning and engagement in ways that traditional platforms just can’t match. Providing a collaborative space, remote and in-person participants can work together on the same exercises and create an integrated learning experience.
