OrgHealth – Intact Teams
OrgHealth™ is our organizational health program designed for intact teams from the Executive level right through to frontline teams. The program starts off with the team completing Patrick Lencioni’s Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team assessment. The assessment helps participants better understand themselves, the personalities on their team and how they can effectively work together. This helps intact teams gain the skill to work together effectively, improve team productivity and address team dysfunction. Teams learn how to build trust and create clarity through three to four modules spread out over four to eight months with mini team projects to complete in between and quarterly meetings as follow up. The OrgHealth program allows teams to build trust, master conflict, achieve commitment, embrace accountability and focus on results. Each delivery is customized to suit the organization.
