Over the last half of 2023, Nancy has trained our Supervisors to enhance their skills in communication, team building, conflict resolution and critical conversations. She helped build the Ampacet Team Charter for our Manufacturing Group. She did a fantastic job with this and I look forward to working with her in 2024 when we tackle On the Job train the trainers.
