Nancy and I worked on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Society of Training & Development. She was one of the drivers who helped move this organization to a National Level.
Throughout her time on the Board she worked diligently to get professional certification in place. Today, that is one of the strengths of the Canadian Society for Training and Development.
