Create a Virtual Design with Results in Mind
Are you using sketch notes in your learning transfer initiatives?
Sketch notes like this, provide a great reminder of the discussion or presentation topics within learning & development programs. Research shows that visuals help with memory retention as people are able to remember images better than text. This helps to overcome the natural forgetting curve, which we know happens without a learning transfer plan in place, to remind participants of what they have learned and need to apply. This sketch note is from a recent webinar I ran and sketched by the talented Janet Holmes at Janet Holmes Consulting.
Many thanks to Janet Holmes, of Janet Holmes Consulting for the graphic recording of the event.
