The Glass Analogy

Glass of Learning refers to the age old perceptions that are linked to the analogies of glass:
– a glass ceiling, our perceived limitations
– the glass ½ full, our perceived point of view
– the looking glass, our perceived view of ourselves
glass houses, where things always look better than they do in our house

These perceptions can limit our thinking and our abilities, as ultimately our perceptions will win out over our intentions.

We will work with you to overcome old paradigms and limiting perceptions within your organization.
